Compass Point, Singapore’s first thematic suburban shopping centre based on the theme of learning, is the first major mall to open on the North-East MRT line. Located along Sengkang East Way, it is adjacent to the Sengkang Bus Terminal and near both the MRT and LRT stations.

Compass Point which has been in operation since August 2002, is spread out over four storeys and a basement. It has a total lettable area of 266,000 sq ft. Major anchor tenants include Cold Storage, Metro, National Library Board, Courts, Popular Bookstore and Kopi Tiam food court.
