As your child's guardian, we will ensure their stay with us is homely and safe.

Our homestay services include:

		Rooms are fully furnished and air conditioned.
		Nutritious meals are provided.
		Housekeeping, Laundry and ironing services.
		Broadband Internet Access.

Our Responsibilities:

		Supervision of student's school work & update parents on student's progress.
		Guidance and assistance to your child.
		Source and enrol student to a local school.

Schools

There are more than 10 schools for Primary and Secondary to choose from:

Primary schools:
Compassvale Primary, Edgefield Primary, Hougang Primary, North Spring Primary, Parry Primary, Punggol Primary, Nan Chiau Primary, CHIJ our Lady of the Nativity.

Secondary schools:
Compassvale Sec, Hougang Sec, North Vista Sec, Seng Kang Sec,Nan Chiau Sec, Montfort Sec, Serangoon Sec, Holy Innocents' High School.

School Fee

MONTHLY SCHOOL FEES
For government and government-aided schools, the monthly rates of school fees payable are:

In addition to school fees, all students are to pay miscellaneous fees. The maximum monthly miscellaneous fees payable are of the above

The rates of school and miscellaneous fees payble are reviewed by the Ministry of Education and individual schools from time to time.

For Independent Schools, the school fees payable varies from school to school.  Please check directly with the schools concerned for the fees payable.

HOMESTAY & GUARDIANSHIP

OUR RATES

Guardianship Fee:
3 person sharing - $800 per mth/per person
2 person sharing - $1000 per mth/per person
(Homestay include laundry, meals and accommodation)

Security Deposit: 2 mths guardianship fees
(Will return to parents at the end of your child's stay)

Health and Dental Care Needs         SGD400 yearly

We urge parents to maintain the fees in every year.This amount will be used to attend to any healthcare incidentals throughout the year.  Also, we will utilise this amount in the event of a need for any vaccination(s).  This amount will be refunded if unused at the end of your child's stay.

School Fee and Miscellaneous Fees

This amount will be used to pay for yr child's monthly school fees and miscellaneous fees.

Tuition Fees : Depends on subjects and level of study

If you like your child to have tuition after school hours at home or through some private institutions, please let us know and we will help you source for reliable tutors to help your child.
