At Image Formation Pte Ltd, we will clean(chemically) and inspect all major & parts of the printer at a very reasonable charges and this includes the pick up from customer's venue and delivery at NO additional charges.

We guarantee our catridges 100%. If you try our product and for any reason feel dissatisfied we will immediately replace the cartridge or refund your money.

2. Will using a re-manufactured toner or inkjet cartridge void my printer's warranty?

No, Federal law prohibits any company or person from requiring you to purchase their OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product. The Federal Trade Commission protects your rights as a consumer to purchase the product or service of your choice. The magnusson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, Subparagraph C, Section 101, states this consumer protection law.
