TIME DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, is a highly centralized document and project managing solution specially designed for companies and corporation.

Announcement board delivers the messages across the organization.

Job Management incorporated with the calendars help the staffs to keep track of the jobs or their personal schedules.

SMS Reminder automatically sends out SMS reminders for meetings or appointments to the destinated mobile phone.

Customer Information contains all the information of the customers.

Customer Documents records the documents created for the clients. Document templates and different file types can be preset for individual departments.

Staff Information contains all the information of the staffs. Only authorized personnel can update the information. Salary statement is only available to the management.

The charging ratios to individual employee can base on individuals' qualification, or experience, etc.

Timesheet records the weekly working schedules of the individual employee. Employees can view all the assigned work details and report their works daily.

Staff Attendance requires employees to update their own leave status. System records the information and reflects absence personnel on the Home Page.
