The Industrial & Services Co-operative Society Ltd (ISCOS) was set up in 1989 to help discharged inmates re-integrate into society through work rehabilitation efforts.

Our members are made up mostly of ex-prisoners and ex-drug addicts and our main objective is to provide stable jobs through our business enterprises.
