Kuriya means kitchen in Japanese. It's traditionally-decorated with a long counter and the walls are decorated with posters of new and promotional dishes. The menu offers a wide range of dishes prepared in various Japanese culinary styles, from grilled, steamed, hotpots, deep-fried to sushi and sashimi.

Specialties

Try our elegantly presented Hamakaze Sashimi (assorted fish) and our house specialty exotic beefsteak tan. Another house specialty is ishikari Konabe served in a hot clay pot with tender chunks of salmon, white raddish and carrots in a sweet miso soup.
