TRAINING

Training has always been important to the PESTGUARDS plan of achievement. Each new technician or worker must participate in a minimum of 40 hours of classroom training. Training of the technicians does not stop there. Regularly scheduled on-the-job training and classroom instruction keeps the technicians current and up-to-date with pest industry matters. Our senior also carries out On The Job Trainings at various locations.
