Shish Mahal specialises in Royal Indian and Nepalese cuisines which will sure to delight food lovers with a taste for the exotic. Its menu and style of cooking reflects the fresh and invigorating mountain air that is synonymous with the moutainous Himalayas.

Shish Mahal's chefs are able to whip up a quick and wholesome meal or offer a menu tailored to fine dining. Mogul cuisine is a specialty at the restaurant. It features fragrant, long-grained Basmati rice, grown in the foothills of Nepal, served with a large variety of vegetables, meats and other condiments.

It is also one of the first restaurants in Singapore to offer the Himalayan dining experience and it has made it complete by setting the right ambience with the decor as well. Its chefts are so skillful that they are able to tailor the dishes palatte requirement: mild, modern or spicy.
