About Temasek Polytechnic
Temasek Polytechnic was established in April 1990. The Polytechnic currently offers 38 full-time diploma courses in the areas of Applied Science, Business, Design, Engineering and Information Technology. It also offers 40 certificated part-time courses, up to Advanced Diploma level.
The Polytechnic is excellently equipped with numerous Centres of Excellence, laboratories and training facilities which simulate industry operations to provide specialised hands-on training to students.
To bring real education to its Hospitality & Tourism Management students, Temasek Polytechnic and the Sentosa Leisure Group which manages Singapore�s island resort of Sentosa, collaborated to establish The Tourism Academy @ Sentosa. It offers cutting-edge training and education to school leavers, working adults and international students.
On the international front, Temasek Polytechnic is actively developing symbiotic ties with overseas institutions and organisations through academic exchanges, joint research and collaboration, international training and joint conferences and seminars. It is also expanding its international exposure for students through the recruitment of international students, overseas student internships and student exchange programmes.
