For tennis loves, there are 3 all weather plexipace surface courts available on the rooftop opened everyday including public holidays from as early as 7.30am right through to 10.00pm.

Facility is open to the public and bookings can be made at our Recreation Counter on the ground level.

Corporate/school bookings/CCA are also welcome and arrangement can be made through our Administration Office at concessionary rates.

AUDITORIUM

Our exclusive auditorium has a capacity of 451 seats. It is located at the 2nd story of Block A at West Coast Recreation Centre. It suitable for all kinds of events such as church services, drama & performance, training, conference, etc.

Welcome to the “Kyokushin Karate”. These programs developed and suitable for all working adults and children between aged 5 - 12. Karate is developed over thousand years ago not only as form of self defense, but as a way of disciplining the body in order to improve the spirit.
By practicing Karate, one can increase his/her alertness, Self-awareness and self-confidence by conditioning the body as improving speed, strength and co-ordination. It aims to lesson achieve the unity of body and spirit.

Lessons are conducted in air-conditioned room. Fully Matted, Pads and Punching Bags. Private Dojo

West Gym offers a comprehensive range of cardio respiratory and training equipment to cater to individual fitness and exercise needs.

With a wide range of Training bikes, computerised stepper and treadmill machines and multi-station workout machine, there is all you need for light exercise to serious training and workouts.

Our full-time Gym instructor will be on hand to guide/train and even advise you on proper training and nutrition. We maintain individual training records as well to monitor your progress.
You can easily join us as a Gym member and enjoy all privileges or walk-in for your training your own time during operation hours.

The martial art form of Kickboxing is a free form of contact material art, involving a variety of low and high kicks, boxing drills, footwork and optional sparring.
Our Dojo is equipped with soft mats, bags, sparring protection and is air-conditioned.
