Zaika Restaurant provides its guests with authentic cuisine from India; famous for its savory "tandoori" oven dishes and exotic curries. It is our utmost pleasure in bringing you the very best in ethnic North Indian cuisine our recipes are timeless and preserved to evoke nostalgia for glorious culinary traditions of the Mughal dynasty.

Mughlai Cuisine dates back to the 15th Century. One of the major influences of the Mughal rulers is in the food of India, and it retains its pride of place even today. Fresh ingredients, low flame cooking and rich spices are characteristic features. Tender Meat slowly marinated with freshly grounded herbs and skewered in slow heat over a coal tandoor is one of their specialties. Mughal food is rich and aromatic, its sauces being made with yogurt, cream, crushed nuts, poppy seeds and other spices.
